Dear friend, when tossed back and forth, relying on our own strength, working through our own wisdom, we’re brought down to our knees. May we, during these times, be brought down to total surrender and reliance on Him. Brought back to what it means to be a child of God. Brought back to basics. Brought back to Him.
Living Bible. Faithful and steadfast. Loving and giving. This is who we are called to be. But as Christ looks upon you, does He see you like so? As you read this, i invite you to ask yourself this stirring question.
The Lord is looking for a willing heart. As you read this, may you have the courage to say, “Here I am, Lord. Send me to do Your will and through me, Lord, may others know You and Your love…”
Do you know what your purpose is? Why you were born at this time? Friend, you were created for a special reason. To serve the world with your unique abilities. It is for such a time as this that you were made, that you would impact the world by living out who God called you to be.
Psalms 23 presents a beautiful picture of our Saviour as our Good Shepherd. He greatly loves and cares for us. As you reflect on this prayer based on this heartwarming Psalms, may God’s promises of care, sustenance and replenishment ring firm and anew in you heart. Be blessed 🙂
